  One of the worst experiences i have ever witnessed in uae, the room was very bad, not clean, smelly, and the funny thing that it was recomended on booking.com... I had to leave on the same night, couldnt handle the room smell, i turned on the ac and went to see the bar up stairs, its a joke.. I cant believe that this is a 4star hotel.. I left in the same night after having an argument with the reception then he deducted from the amount i paid, around 200 dh and just ran away.. DONT GO THERE...

  Planned to stay there for a couple of nights but decided to leave one day earlier. To begin with the room "with a mountains view" was facing another building and windows were covered in concrete (see pic). The room was mediocre, facilities/furniture old and in need for a refurbishment and some serious cleaning... definitely nothing to do with what they are posting as their rooms in the hotel website. Interestingly enough when I checked out one day earlier they didnt even bother asking if there was any problem...

  We came to the hotel, there were no towels in the bathroom as well as rugs in the floor. Pillows are not in good condition, the bed has few hair strand from the last guest, the tables are so dusty especially water heater for coffee, The wall's paint is visibly scratched and not nice, lifts are too old and so slow, it will take you time to wait, Reception people ARE NOT WEARING MASKS (especially now it's COVID-19 SITUATION), I even asked the reception guy for his mask, but they do not take it seriously, he said it's at the back and he's not using it, he just smiled and laugh and did not do anything. There is as well a drunk person in the lobby from evening to next day that we checked out- security isn't really good at all. The door of our Hotel room was too noisy and obviously not maintained in a good condition, people does not respond well when we asked for some towels and other things, person who answers the phone in the reception seems like no idea on how to answer my queries, it may be a trainee or so that's why. Bath tub stopper is broken. People in the reception seems like UNORGANIZED, they pass the check ins from one person to another, there are noisy and did not maintain even a nice welcome to their guests, it din't look like a hotel at all.

  Had a very nice stay with my family, right from the reception to managers all very soft supportive and professional especially Mr.Shony ( don't know his designation) but he was very supportive. Parking at your cost as parking is side of the hotel. View from the hotel is amazing try sea facing rooms we were at 18th floor

  A very good hotel at an excellent location. Everything is near and within the range. Hotel staff is well trained in all manners. Rooms are wide clean and well maintained. I highly recommend V hotel if you visit Fujairah
