  It was a great experience i had at Thumbay hospital..All staff are accomodating,i appreciate all the help specially to Paul who guide me all the time.Doctors are very nice,i really recommend this hospital to everyone.Prices are not expensive.5 stars⭐ for u.👌👍💜

  Very bad services. Today morning i went for emergency there was only 1 Dr. Who were busy. I informed on reception that i am having a very bad pain in my stomach. He told me to just wait few minutest once Dr. will get free will check you... i waited there 2 hours 30 minutes. And after that i left from the hospital and Dr. Didn't come to check me up. And the worst part was the guy who took my number didn't even call me to check where i am??? You guys should understand that keeping 1 Dr. In emergency is not enough. I was surviving with very bad pain.

  Right now im standing in hospital gynecology department and waiting for the fit to travel certificate for my wife for the flight from dubai air port and i am supposed to be there by now. When i checked with the nurse they said nobody is there to type the letter. Com on give me a computer and i will do it. The worst service and they don't give a damn about the customer satisfaction.

  The hospital is less equipped with latest medical instrument & technology. The behavior of some staff is not caring and smiling with the patient. I want to see this hospital with same staff like a hospital with English staff. Need to train & familiarize the staff with excellent dealing, caring, smiling and treating the patients. Pleasing mood or good behavior during dealing, consultancy and treating patients is great virtue itself.

  hospital very neat and clean, good service, Nurse are taking care more.
