  Very good hotel actually and nice room, but I gave 1 star for the horrible gym (called raising) No body at reception so you need to wait. And they asking to re-confirm your booking as missing information! Then you need to pay advance! Because you could run a way!! This is exactly what the stuff told me!! I tried to talk to the hotel management and they said it's not part of hotel they just rent the first floor 🤔

  My main concern was with breakfast. For my child, my wife and myself we didn't enjoy the breakfast at all. The only good thing was the coffee machine even we asked more than one time for a cold water but the staff was only smiling. Other point is ventilation, we had some issue with strange smell in the room which I believe it's due to ventilation. Reception staff was so helpful and cooperated. Overall, it's fair.

  Overall a great experience, but the rooms were smelling little moist, like some issues with the ventilation. Otherwise the breakfast, the pool side everything was perfect and much better then other competitors. So its a thumbs Up for sure 👍
