  It is so disappointing for such store with beautiful range of flowers to treat customers with incivility. I would give 5 stars for the variety of flowers but the service and treatment made the whole experience disappointing!!! They dont even deserve half a star. I ordered two of the big balloons that was supposed to be ready by 3 pm. I came at 5 and they made me wait for 30 minutes as they said that one of the balloons is ruined and they are trying to fix it. Surprisingly once i reached home i saw the ruined balloon. It was not inflated with helium, dirty and the stickers were placed in an unorganized way. It looked horrible. I came to talk to the manger who was pointing at me and was super rude. I don’t know how they allowed such quality to leave this store. They deceived us making us think that they fixed it. I was really disappointed with the way she acted and they way she was talking to me and pointing with her finger. Super rude could not keep a promise with time and quality and did not offer anything in return! Had to get a refund. Never again coming to a place with such rude manger that talks in such way in-front all other customers and doesn’t even feel sorry for the ruined product she served. الخيارات من الورود الصناعيه للطبيعيه والفازات روعه لكن قلة ذوق ورفع الصوت في التعامل. مقصة وتنفيذ بدون ضميير!
