  My experience at this place has been terrible. Rude & unprofessional staff and management. As a guest you will never feel valued there. Highly un-recommended. I have stayed there for 212 Days. The hotel was good before but they have fired 90% of the good people and just rude & bully staff is left behind.

  Very good hotel. Location is decent although there is a lot of construction around. Our room was upgraded and was spacious and comfortable. We had a nice view with mountains.The wifi connection was also good. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were very nice and relaxing. However, there is not enough staff in the pool and clubhouse. We couldn't play table tennis as there was no one to provide the bat and ball. This should be improved. The hair dryer given to us in the room also did not work. Overall had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would recommend.

  Nothing to complain about Hotel is great. Good location, rooms are cost and well equipped. Staff are polite and cheerful I had a great stay. Thank you very much Recommended

  Everything was great. Helpful and kind staff from the luggage man through the car parking guys, housekeeping staff, until Mr. Mosaab in the reception. Very nice restaurant. I enjoyed my breakfast and dinner with the smiling staff and the big varied food. All kinds was delicious. Big room and cleanliness are the best. I was hoping to have more time to extend my stay.
