  I recently booked all my tickets and hotel bookings with the help of novoelite tours and travels as me and my family are a member of its and they booked them within a short span of time. One of their employee's, Afros,helped me and coordinated everything and provided us with the necessary documents within a week and that too European hotels. I really appreciate what Mr. Afros and the Novoelite staff helped us with.

  I am member and used my 9 days portion to travel Europe. Europe experience was awesome. My Travel Executive - Ashfak did good job. He was so busy being season and I was not getting answers but at last he made our trip memorable and my family enjoyed. Thank you Ashfak

  I joined Novo Elite last year... so this year i got the chance to use 12 nights i planned the trip to Prague , vienna , Austria and switzerland. In the start i was worried if ill be able to plan it as we had already applied for Holidays. I applies the vacation through Novo Elite ... sooner within 2 weeks i was relieved to confirm the hotels, our family enjoyed the City tour the most. Thank you Novo Elite for such a memorable trip.

  I would like to give Novo Elite 5 star because i recently went to the Europe trip with my family and i am so delighted with the services we were offered! Starting from my relationship manager Ms. Gurleen she helped me to apply for My vacation, there was proper coordination from the team Ms. Sidrah provided with the best hotels and surprisingly on time Pick and drop, Being a platinum member i got the best service as was expected. Looking forward for the more exciting trips through Novo 👍🏻

  I have just come back from my Europe trip booked through Novo Elite package. We had a great trip but the experience with Novo Elite team while booking was really bad. Bad: 1. No prompt response from customer care or the assigned representative or relationship manager. Had to call and email 10 times for each request. 2. Had to postpone my trip due to delay in response. 3. No proper guidance in planning the trip. 4. One of the Hotel booked in Amsterdam was really of low standard (paid for 4 star). 5. Hotel booked for Venice was 80 KM away from Venice :(. Had to spend 160 Euros for reaching the Hotel. Good: 1. After a long delay, finally one representative (Shawnawaz) from Novo responded properly because of whom we were able to plan the trip. 2. Hilltop hotel booked in Interlaken, Swiss was great.
