  Breakfast and staff behavior in this hotel was good but our bathroom light waa not working for 2 days and no one fixed. There was no channel on tv and it was not smart tv also. Main thing we suffered and for which we decided not to go there again because we suffered 6 months for disinfecting our flat due to bed bugs by choosing this hotel because of bed bugs and we had to suffer a lot for that with a small kid. After few days of coming back I read the review of other guests and found similar thing many people faced who stayed there.

  The place is not as promoted. It should be none star rated. It was dismal with broken wardrobes, no TV channels, no hand and face towels. Overall horrible. Booking.com should visit these properties to confirm their claims prior posting them on their website. Booking.com should have responsibility and legal liability for the information posted to their clients.

  A very disgusting hotel, not a single thing is ok with it I took it just to sleep and I didn't even sleep 1- Hotel Staff Hotel staff are very nice except the cleaning guy. 2- Cleanliness Zero I don't think this word means anything to them, bathroom smells of sewers which made me want to throu up, the two chairs is broken, the table they didn't even care to clean or change it, the bedroom sheet smells which they change it after requesting. 3- Rooms I took according to them deluxe room but its 150 by 150 room what so delux about that, The A/C when turned on i smelldust, bathroom sink is broken YES broken, shower only works with the hose not the whole thing. 5- Location Hotel location near the road so expect noise cars and noise people, believe me when I say I couldn't sleep. 6- Restaurant Food is fine not the best or average but fine but if you find the food cold understand its old from yesterday so expect a stomach ache after eating them. 7- Overal its 1 star hotel so disgusting and its not worth the money if its free i will never stay in such hotel again.   You get what you pay for with this hotel, considering it is cheaper than other surrounding hotels. Nice, average room and polite staff, but one thing to note is it's not really by the beach. Breakfast, food and pool is nice and you can also go to the other hotel in the same chain which has a bigger pool. Bar is basic and there are only 4 TV channels to choose from. Good if you are looking for a budget hotel but other hotels in the area have a more luxury aspect.
