  Worst customer service, Lack of active listening, Not at all empathetic. Always i had issues in fund transfer even branch manager doesn’t know the reason and solution. always they try to dump all issues to callcenter team. Not at all recommendable bank!!!! Really appreciate only there call centre team!!

  Regular visits are always good and some refreshments are offer if ever we had to wait. ATM machines are well maintained.
