::They have the worse bank service. They will accommodate you when they earn money from you. But if you need to change anything in your account, they'll avoid you because they won't benefit anything from it. Calling them means talking to non-professional employees, irrespectful tone and full of lies. If they tell you they will call back, never listen because it's their way of avoiding customers.. SUGGESTION: If your workload is too high and understaff? hire people or close the bank completely.. Customers should not be the one adjusting.. Poorest bank sevice I've encountered..
